Policies
Payment: Payment is due when scheduling. The Executive Function Lab, LLC accepts payments directly through our Google Appointment Calendars via Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Debit. Sessions are $50 per session and should be scheduled in advance. Available times can be found on the “Booking” tab above.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you’ve booked a session and need to cancel, no worries! The Executive Function Lab has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please give us a heads-up that you need to reschedule or cancel no later than 24 hours before your session for a full refund. This allows for waitlist opportunities and accurate planning. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will not be refunded except for emergencies. If The Executive Function Lab needs to reschedule a session, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
Waitlist: Session slots will fill up quickly! If there are no time slots available and you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email us at info@executivefunctionlab.net with your name, your student’s name, and desired dates/times. If a time slot becomes available, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.
Location: All sessions are conducted at the Way Public Library at 101 E. Indiana Ave. Perrysburg, OH 43551 unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon. Parents may choose to drop their student off or stay in the library, although sessions will be one-on-one with students and administrator only. Sessions at alternative locations will be on a case-by-case basis and, if agreed upon, come with an additional fee. Privacy: We are committed to maintaining privacy for you and your student. No personally identifiable information is ever shared unless subpoenaed in court.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many sessions can I book? You may choose as many or a few sessions as you’d like. Clients are not locked in to a contract in order to give parents as much flexibility as possible.
How frequently should sessions occur? We recommend sessions at least once per week in the beginning in order to increase skill development and build stamina in your student. However, you may choose when to schedule based on your family’s flexibility and preferences.
We’re not in the Northwest Ohio area. Can my student receive coaching online? Zoom options are available on a case-by-case basis. Please complete the registration form and/or email us regarding Zoom sessions.
Will appointments fill up? Appointments are first come, first served. When appointments are fully booked, a waitlist option will become available. Information on waitlist policies can be found above.
Are customers charged for cancellations? Cancellations are free of charge with notice given at least 24-hours in advance of your student’s appointment.
My student has an IEP. Will you follow the goals/objectives from there? The Executive Function Lab is a private entity and we’ll leave the IEP to be implemented by your student’s school team! We are happy to focus on similar areas, provide complimentary strategies, etc. but we do not fulfill IEP minutes or follow an IEP structure.
